Hola Nick!

Soy Gerard.

As someone who wants to run, not walk away from Netsuite, my number one priority is SEO. You can have a great looking site, it can integrate with the erp system, but if nobody comes what good is it.

Seeing that we are going to make a change before the end of January, I am really interested in what shopping cart(s) you guys are going to integrate with.

Thanks

I agree with Tom....1,000% YES. Would be perfect for us as we are B2B using the web for order entry, fulfillment, etc. Plus, this enhancement would take us from multiple systems to only one-saleorder.com

Another thought... B2B tends toward custom pricing in competitive situations so specific login for negotiated group pricing is a must.

If the customer can view only thier price group and activities specific to their need...perfect.

Can't wait.

Nick/Milly,

1000% yes to this. This added functionality will be a great bonus and especially given the fact that adding this functionality will not add to much overhead to implement.

One other feature I have requested previously is the ability for a customer to print his documents (invoices, orders, price lists, statements, etc:). This would get around the customer having to contact you to send a .pdf etc: and would cut down on admin time.

Regards,
Tom.

Hi Nick / Milly,

All of our business is currently B2B. The ability for customers to have and view their own price lists, review quotations, place orders, etc. would be extremely valuable.

However, we would like the option to only publish prices of certain products to our customers. Most of our sales are preceded by a quotation. Allowing them to sift through ALL of our products and pick and choose is not necessarily what we want, but those "unlisted" items should be available to add to a customer's quotation at an agreed price for that customer. Confusing? What I'm saying is that a customer price list should contain listed and unlisted items that are / aren't visible from the portal.

I hope this helps.

Best regards,

Jason Berryman

Hi Milly,

Yes, I would love to have a fully integrated B2B SO solution as a wholesaler/distributor. I spent a bit of time researching shopping carts that have B2B features, and most are geared towards B2C.

One feature that is very important is the ability to set factory lot-sized quantity (e.g. 4,6,8...).

Robert Taylor and I spoke about this matter several months ago when PrestaShop integration was in beta development.

My preference would be to have the customer portal...or front end... accessible from the company's website (which is currently pointed at my shopping cart).

That said, there might be trade-offs since some of these shopping carts have tremendous transaction/logistics/CRM/marketing capabilities that SO might chose not to implement.

Regards,
Roger

Milly
For B2B this is exactly correct. If the current system client login system could be enhanced for more (client) self serve this would work.

Thanks,
Kevin

We have made this one of the key requirements for our new e-commerce solution. Since we sell to both public and retailers, anything that we can implement so that we are easy to do business with is a must. Many of our clients would like to be able to build their own quotes and purchase, and as a busy 4 man shop that also manufactures products, enabling our customers to do this will save us time and we believe increase sales.

PLEASE DO THIS!!!

Dave!

Thanks!

I'm really clear that the addition of the features I have described in my post will present NO extra overhead in terms of work to the system. The point is all Engineering need to do here is expose some of what is already 'alive and well' inside SO. I do however take your point about maintaining the content in the cart. But I know Rob and his team have a mission to create a solution whereby there is only one list to maintain however it gets exposed to the customers.

Stay tuned...

Milly

PS: I've nudged Nick to get in touch with you per your last mail....
