How to evaluate our service in 30 minutes and 4 steps

  1. Review the features list below or on the ‘Features’ page. Check to see if the features listed meet 80% or more of your needs. If they do then sign up for the trial. If you have questions then get in touch.
  2. Watch the 10 minute ‘getting started video’. This will show you the few simple things you need to understand to find your way around and get the system to do what you want.
  3. Enter information and do some simple tasks. Create a Customer, a supplier and a few items (Products and Services) and try recreating some or all of the essential tasks you do on a regular basis in your business. For example you might create an estimate and convert it to an order, then create an invoice and receive payment from a Customer.
  4. Run a few of the reports to review the effects of (3).
