In this step we:
- Assign a dedicated Customer Services specialist to you
- Determine your timescales
- Review your core work flows to determine if our system can address your needs
- Determine the ‘gap’ between what you have and what modifications you might need to implement our system
- Determine what data you will need to move over from your current system
- Provide you with a cursory cost and time estimate
- Answer your questions and demonstrate any features of specific interest/concern.

Evaluate & Specify
Deliverables: Detailed requirements specification and cost breakdown.
Evaluation, detailed requirements and costs - Provide you with trial system, specify your requirements and provide you with accurate costs.
In this step we:
- Provide you with a free extend-able trial system plus hands on support to help you complete an evaluation of our system and customer services.
- Work with you to determine and document your detailed system requirements (see Note 1) and any other services you might require during implementation and operations of our system (i.e training, support, server capacity – see Note 2).
- Provide you with a Quote including a detailed breakdown of costs for year 1.
Note 1: If the system requirements capture exercise exceeds 8 hours effort on our behalf we may ask you for a small fee to cover our costs.
Note 2: Depending upon the amount of data, user role and work patterns, we sometimes allocate dedicated server resources. If we decide upon this option there may be a nominal recurring charge for storage and bandwidth.

Plan
Deliverables: Detailed online plan and contract
Confirm the detailed requirements and approve costs in Step 2, We provide you with a detailed plan that includes timescales for your approval.
In this step we:
- Provide access to our online project hub, that is both secure and intuitive. This will enable you to review and approve our implementation plan and communicate with your project team.
- Ask you to approve the plan that provides clear milestones.
- Provide you with a written overview of our project delivery process and ask you to review and approve the relevant contract.
- Confirmation of milestones and plan schedule.

Build & Adopt
Deliverables: Assigned Project Manager, reviews and familiarization.
Upon acceptance of the plan and contract. we commence work on your implementation.
In this step we:
- Assign a personal Project Manager
- Set up a schedule for regular updates, reviews and opportunities for you to see and test your new system.
- Develop any Software Enhancements to your system.
- Data migration assistance.
- Provide you with any training or familiarisation of your system and how we work with you after you ‘go live’.

Run
Deliverables: Your new system and ‘Support’ process
In this final step we:
- Deliver your system for you to test and perform acceptance tests to check we have fulfilled all of your requirements and the system works to your specifications.
- We work with you and your users to make sure they understand and can use the system and our Customer Services tools.
- Set up an optional weekly review with you just to make sure everything is running smoothly.
