Our job tracking lets you automatically capture and assign costs from purchasing documents, timesheets and employee expense forms whenever and wherever they happen using devices such as the iPhone or iPad.  It’s easy for a user to assign a cost to a job. Every job code created is automatically available when a user creates or edits a document that incurs an expense. Job documents automatically update costs so you always know where costs are coming from and the potential income.

Costs and revenue estimation

Preparing and revising professional estimates for customers is incredibly easy. You can create, print send and store as many estimates as you need to meet your customers requirements. You can record and review the customer reasons and details of a revision on every document using the Memo feature. You can also capture the detailed customer requirements and attach them to the estimate. When you and your customer agree the estimate, just mark the estimate as active.

Real time profitability and costs monitoring

You work hard to prepare profitable estimates, win the business and do a good job. But all your time and money is wasted if you don’t achieve or exceed the margin you set out to make. Accurate Job tracking is essential and you  can’t make profit consistently on jobs if you can’t see what costs are being incurred in real time. We provide a comprehensive set of customizable reports to help you assess and track project profitability,  track what has and hasn’t been invoiced or analyze individual costs.

Financial snapshots

A snapshot of the current financial position of each job can summarised in a single report. Here the actual costs accrued are shown against those estimated, along with the selling price for each element – time, materials and purchases / expenses. Users can drill down into the job reports to view detailed information at the document (i.e. purchase order, time sheet, expense and expense form) and line item level. You can export all of your reports to Excel in two clicks.

• Original document storage and management – You can store multiple original, documents on any job document with just a few clicks.
• Memos – Keep a close eye on all of the detail – whatever it may be.  The Memo feature allows you to attach as many types of tasks, notes, information, reminders and scheduled events as you need to a Job and its associated documents such as estimates, timesheets, and expense forms.

With just one click you can find and see the status and detail of each Memo associated with the job. Memos show up on to-do lists, in the reminders panel and on the calendars in the Organiser of the assigned user who needs to know that she has an action or information associated with the Job.

Forecast at line item detail, create and track Invoices

Job tracking means predicting the outcome and our sales forecasting software lets you create forecasts at the line item detail from the Job. You will always know what is needed and what revenue is due when from every job. You can create and track Invoices and Cash Sales from the individual Job. You can see what has and hasn’t been charged at the line item detail and with just one click you can see and review every Document associated with the Job.
