Payments from Customers
Our low cost web based ERP small business management software allows you to process incoming customer payments on Sales Invoices and Cash Sales. Our online payments feature works seamlessly with the ERP accounting, banking, order management and customer relationship management features.
Manual payment processing
You can manually capture and process card transaction payments and apply them to outstanding balances or cash sales. Our low cost web based ERP small business management software currently offers you two payment gateways:
- Paypal
- Authorize.net
We are currently extending this list to include other major payment processors including BACS. If you have a specific requirement or choice of payment type, then we’ll be happy to review it and if appropriate add it in just a couple of days.
Customer Portal payment processing
Our web based ERP software includes a Customer Portal which allows you to provide your customers with a secure login to your web based ERP software and make payments on invoices as well as review sales orders and sales quotations.
New payment processing features on the way
In late 2010 we’ll be adding a lot of new payment processing features to our web based ERP software including the ability to pay purchase invoices (bills) online using BACS and other popular payment processors. If you want to no more just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
