Price Levels
Our web based ERP small business management software enables you to set item base prices and price schemes or levels which in turn can be assigned to individual or groups of customers. Price Levels allow you to add or subtract a percentage of the product base price, and provide a convenient and simple way of offering different price breaks regardless of which currency your customer chooses to trade with you.
Price Lists
Price Lists allow you to create specific prices for a list of products. As with Price Levels you can assign a Price List to a Customer. In this way you can create a complete list of custom prices for a particular set of Customers. Unlike Price Levels, Price Lists work on absolute price values rather than using a percentage of the product base price. If a product price is not found in the associated price list the default base price is used. This facilitates creating custom prices for segments of your product list.
