Unlimited number of locations

We allow you to add as many stockroom locations as you wish, and specify the amount of stock at each stockroom location. You have the option of specifying bin configurations and set the number and type of product in each bin.

Automatic and manual location selection

When you create a sales order or cash sale there is the option to automatically select the stockroom location from which the stock will be taken. Alternatively you can manually select the desired stockroom location when the order is entered.

ERP Accounting

The ERP accounting in our web based ERP small business management software lets you easily analyze sales trends and profitability as our system immediately updates balance sheet and profit and loss accounts as inventory moves in and out of the business.

Real time stock levels and reports

Simply select the desired stockroom locations and you can immediately see the associated stock levels. Alternatively, select an Item and see how many you have in stock at each location. Our web based ERP reporting allows you to easily and quickly create and memorize custom reports to analyze stock turn over, sales and purchasing activity.
