How do I know if your web based ERP software is right for my business?

We designed and built our low cost web based ERP, small business management software to suit the needs of businesses of up to 100 employees and beyond. We’ve incorporated most of the features we know small businesses selling products or services or both really want.

You should begin your evaluation by checking the features page. If you find at least 80% of the features you need on this list then the chances our system might be right for you. Can I implement your web based ERP software myself without expensive consultants?

Yes, an overwhelming majority of our customers have implemented our web based ERP small business management software themselves. Our customer services team are ready to help and give you advice on the best way to get migrate your information your system up and running.

Can I import my data from other systems?

Yes you can, once we know what system you are currently using (i.e Sage, Quickbooks, Salesforce etc) we can provide you advice and guidance on what data you should bring over to our system and the best way to do it. We provide a simple import mechanism to quickly populate your system with your current information.

Can I export my information from your web based ERP software?

Yes you can, we provide a simple export feature to move your data from our system.

Can I customize your web based ERP software to fit my business?

Yes you can, our software allows you to customise screens such as adding new fields, new tabs and features such as drop downs. You can also customize the reports so you get the information you want in the format that works best for you.

Our web based ERP software is developed on our own application framework and therefore makes it very quick and easy to extend. If you need further customisation, such as new features or functionality simply get it touch. If we classify the features you require as generic then chances are we can add them as part of our ongoing development activity. If they are not then we’ll be happy to give you an estimate for the cost and time it takes to get it done and we can haggle over the fees.

Can you help me implement my system?

Yes we can, as you might imagine we have a lot of experience of migrating from other systems and setting up our software for all shapes and sizes of businesses. We have a team of seasoned consultants who will be happy to assess your requirements and provide you with an estimate for the work.

Do you provide training?

Yes we do, whilst we work hard to make sure our help file and tutorials are as comprehensive as possible, we have a very experienced trainer who can deliver training through private webinars. Please contact us to tell us what you need.

What kind of support do you provide?

Support is our number one priority, everyone in our team works on support because everyone on our team has significant experience in not just designing, building and improving our software but they all have solid business backgrounds. So you can expect knowledgeable and practical help and guidance.

We include ‘Gold Support’ (48 hour response by support ticket) in the monthly cost of your system and we offer Platinum Support (2 hour response by support ticket and phone) for a monthly fee.

Is my information secure?

We take all of the necessary precautions to ensure our system is secure at all times. When you access our systems, your information is securely protected by the same security systems as used to protect commercial online systems. Our servers are owned and operated by Rackspace, a world leader in hosting business applications.

All information on our servers is protected by firewalls and anti-virus systems and we regularly test the security of our systems. We have mechanisms in place to detect any abnormal activity both within our server environment and outside of our firewalls and as you would expect we’ve robust and regularly tested disaster recovery procedures in place to minimise any risk to our service and your information.

Is my information backed up?

Each customer’s information is stored in a separate database and automatically backed up on a regular basis. We keep multiple backups of every database and check every back up for it’s integrity.

What are your hours of business?

We are here from 08:30 to 22:00 GMT Monday to Friday. Outside of our normal business hours and at weekends we continue to monitor our support systems for urgent support requests.
