Flexible mail interaction strategies
Our email contact management lets you organise your inbound and outbound mail in a way which works best for you.
For example our customer services team has one email address, so all mail is managed in a single mail box. This mailbox is shared by our customer services system, and each team member only sees mails assigned to them. You might choose to organise your email this way, or configure our system so every user can use their specific email address, and see only emails to and from contacts addressed to them.
Works like normal email
Every action such as, ‘Compose’, ’Send’, ‘Reply’, ‘Move to folder’, is possible and is reflected in your server side mail box.
Attachments
You can attach, send, receive and open attachments.
Bookmark
You can bookmark emails you need to refer to on the explorer (see above).
Contextual templates
You can email directly from any document (sales order, invoice, purchase order etc) using a template configured by you, and automatically populated with data using ‘mail merge’ variables. The document is then attached as a PDF with the selected template in the email, moved to your ‘sent’ folder, and appears in the contacts’ ‘Mail’ tab.
