Emailing Invoices and Transactional Documents
Transactional Documents, such as Invoices and Credit Notes can be emailed directly from the document. The email message will automatically include the document as a PDF attachment.
Documents must be in View Mode before they can be emailed.
How to send an email from a Transactional Document
From within the Document, (see the Sales Invoice shown above), select the ‘Email’ dropdown on the top menu.
From the drop down, select ‘Invoice Issued’. A pop up email window will open.
The invoice will show as a PDF attachment.
Once the email is sent it can be viewed under the associated Customer email tab.
