Resetting your system

NOTE: THIS ACTION WILL PERMANENTLY CLEAR ALL SETTINGS AND INFORMATION FROM YOUR SYSTEM

We are not responsible for unauthorised or malicious use of this feature and we will not be able to recover your data or settings.

All new users are encouraged to try out features and enter information to learn and become confident in using the System.

When you decide to set up your System, start entering real information and using your system to run your business – first clear all trial information and settings and start afresh.

The Reset Action clears all information and settings from your System. To use this Action you must know the Master Administrator password.

How to reset your system:

  1. From the Explorer click SetupConfiguration;

  1. From the pane on the right, select the green ‘Accounts‘.

  1. The document titled ‘View Accounts Configuration’ will open.
  2. From the Action Bar drop-down menu click ‘Reset your system‘.

  1. Enter the Master Administrator username and password, and (if required) the Company Security Code.
  2. Select the Items /Customers /Prospects /Suppliers /Leads you wish to keep preserved.

  1. Click ‘Reset‘.
  2. A warning message will ask if you want to proceed. Click OK.
  3. You will see the message: ‘Your system has now been reset‘.

How to view the ‘Reset’ history

  1. From the Explorer click SetupConfiguration;
  2. From the pane on the right, select the green ‘Accounts‘.
  3. The document titled ‘View Accounts Configuration’ will open.
  4. From the Action Bar drop-down menu click ‘Find‘.
  5. Click on ‘Show Reset History’. (shown below)
