The growing businesses of $4M+ revenue are continually adapting their processes. We work with them to adapt Salesorder by adding Plugins (did you check out the Customization page yet?).

This is where Salesorder stands out ahead of the competition. Plugins can most often be developed and deployed in weeks. In every case, they reduce work and streamline workflows.

When a plugin is required, we deploy a business analyst, a project manager, developers, and a QA team. Rightly this we charge for this work, this can be anything from $1,000 to $5,000 per Plugin. 

Our experience is businesses with less than $4M annual revenue are in the majority of cases uncomfortable with this level of spend. So to avoid unnecessary and uncomfortable conversations, we’ve take Plugin customization off the table for businesses with less than $4M annual revenues.

It’s worth pointing out we guarantee each plugin will work with future releases of our platform. 

Again this takes extra work from us. Plugins don’t increase the subscription fees. Absorbing these costs is possible if the subscription exceeds a threshold commensurate with the annual revenue of $4M+.

It’s worth noting that if you need customization and your turnover is less than $4M we are happy to do this, but as you would expect we’ll need you to pay a subscription fee equal to $4M annual turnover.
