Turn on Integrated Email

To set this option, go to:
COMPANY > Company Info > Configure > Edit > Email tab
Set Use Integrated Email checkbox to turn on this option.
Click Save.
Add Email Account

To add an email account, go to:
SETUP > Configuration > Email section > Mail Accounts >On IMAP Account Configuration screen > New Email Account option.
Enter email account configuration details on this screen. Click Save.
Gmail account configuration is discussed in the following section.
Gmail Account Configuration
Before you start, you’ll need to configure or check the settings in the related Gmail accounts like this:
Check that IMAP is turned on
On your device open Gmail and click the Settings cog in the top right corner of the screen.
Open the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab and in the IMAP Access section select Enable IMAP.
Save your settings.

Enable Worker’s (user) access

To enable user access, go to:
COMPANY > Workers > Select a Worker > On View Worker details screen > Edit > Login Details tab > Accessible Email Accounts section.
Check Enable Email Access checkbox.
Select the desired accounts from the drop-down to enable access.
Click Save.
Set up Email Templates
Templates increase productivity and help maintain standards of communication.
You can create and assign templates for a specific use case on a specific Document. For example ‘Invoice Overdue’ email on Sales Invoice.
To create a new Email Template, go to:
SETUP > Email Templates > New Template
