Warehouse management software

Warehouse management for wholesalers

Adaptable WMS for modeling and tracking real-world multi-warehouse configurations, contents, and workflows.

Complete

Our WMS models and track SKUs, locations, SKU movements, and warehouse personnel activity across multiple warehouses. Warehouse managers can track every event and data point from the WMS console. Barcode readers manipulate and track warehouse workflows.

Unified not integrated

Two databases are too many. Our WMS is built on the same database as all of the functions in Salesorder. There is no risk of data duplication. Data integrity and performance is guaranteed. Competing vendors of ‘add on’ warehouse management systems cannot say this.

Real-world model each SKU

Our WMS models the physics of real-world inventory operations. We track stock instances of every individual SKU with the same SKU id. Each SKU instance keeps track of every step of its journey from receipt on a Purchase order to sale to a Customer.

Serial number and lot tracking

Receipt of purchase orders create stock instances that can be assigned unique identifiers such as serial numbers, lot numbers, use by dates, etc. Instances inherit initial instance properties when broken into smaller instances e.g. subtraction of a quantity from a lot.

Customizable
locations

Customizable locations

Whether it’s a container journey, a third-party warehouse, an assembly or kitting area, a quarantine location, or an assigned bin or shelf, our WMS locations can be configured to the commensurate behavior.

Adaptable barcode operations

Android barcode readers can run our comprehensive and easy-to-use scan application to manipulate and count stock. Warehouse operatives can swiftly perform receive, putaway, pick, and pack operations.

Joined up sales fulfillment and accounting

Our WMS is a key part of a joined-up system. Stock movements in and out of the warehouse update orders, accounting, customer, and supplier records in real-time. Because of this your data and therefore your reports are joined up and up to date.

Customize and configure

Growth means continual change and improvement. Customization is central to every line of code in our software and goes hand in hand with continual improvement.
