Using the Admin tab in the WMS (Warehouse Management System) console you can:
- Enable a Salesorder user to access the WMS console.
- Add Barcode users.
- Configure Barcode user workflow access permissions.
- View a list of registered Barcode devices.
Admin: Screen Overview
The Admin tab displays the following panes:
- WMS Manage Users,
- WMS Scan Users and
- WMS Registered Devices.
WMS Manager Users pane
|This pane displays a list of Salesorder users.Salesorder users are Workers who can log into the WMS console(when Login enabled). The following fields are dispalyed in the pane:|
|Edit (user access permissions)||Clicking Edit link opens a popup window. The following settings are available: Following fields are available under General tab:|
|Add User||Adds a new user. You can do the following:|
|Refresh||Refreshes the WMS Manager Users pane.|
WMS Scan Users pane
|This pane displays a list of Salesorder users who have access to the Barcode Reader App.|
|Refresh||Refreshes the WMS Scan Users pane.|
|Add User||Adds a new user to the Barcode Scanner App. Opens a popup window with following settings: Following fields are available under User Details tab:|
|Edit||Edit an existing user in Barcode Scanner App. It functions similar to Add User. Opens a popup window with following settings: The User Details tab can be used to change the login information. The Permitted Workflows tab can be used to enable | disable specific Workflows for an user in the Barcode Scanner App.|
WMS Registered Devices
|This pane displays a list of Barcode devices that users have registered.See Using Barcode Readers|
